February Squat Challenge starts tomorrow guys! :D
Who’s doing it with me? I’m so excited! I’m probably not just going to do bodyweight squats as I feel those would probably be too easy, so I’ll do a mix of different types of weighted ones (back, front, goblet, etc.). It’ll be fun! Come on babes, work that ass!
